Crash Crash Boom!!!

Geeez, unlucky unlucky me in this Chinese New Year! My laptop is crashing and I am leaving on thursday night? What can I do?!?!?!?! I bet the Dell fellas will only resume work on Wed and I don't even know if they will send someone to fix this problem on time. Luckily my warranty is extended to internationally. I made a terrible mistake shouldn't have reformat my laptop when it's going alright, now I am stucked with even more problems after reformating. I ran test and it's definitely not the hardware problem, so that means its the software problem! I absolutely need help. Can anyone please provide me with suggestions? Thanks alot ;)
